IAW Attachment 1 - Statement of Work:
The USDA FAESRU Greenhouse/Headhouse at 230 Bennett Lane, Bowling Green, KY 42104 has a building control system that requires repairs to achieve proper operations. This project is to establish proper operations through replacement of defective controllers/communications and commission to prove operations.
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238220 – Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors The small business size standard is $19M. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
Replace two existing Solidyne DDC panels with new programmable BACnet controllers including power, wiring, programming and commissioning, reusing existing temperature sensors. Replace the AAON air handler reheat control board (MHGRVA board). Work includes controller 1 and controller 2 each covering pump status, boiler loop differential water pressure, loop pumps, and loop VFDs. All work shall comply with applicable code standards and be completed 90 days after Notice to Proceed.
