The VA Illiana Health Care System (VIHCS), Danville IL, 1900 E Main St. Danville, IL 61832, has a need for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for construction. The VA intends to award a MATOC for maintenance, repair, alteration, and new construction services with task orders ranging in value from $2,000 to $3,000,000. The maximum net value of all task orders and modifications issued under this MATOC shall not exceed $21 Million.
The net aggregate value for all task orders and modifications issued against the MATOC shall not exceed $21 Million. The MATOC will include a five (5) year ordering period from date of award. The facilities covered by the resultant contracts are located at the VIHCS, Danville IL
The MATOC covers maintenance, repair, alteration, and new construction services at the VA Illiana Health Care System, Danville IL. The seed project (Project 550-25-108) requires the contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to renovate bathrooms in B103 PRRTP and B64/72. Work includes construction, alterations, and repairs of buildings and real property. Task orders may include carpentry, asphalt and concrete paving, roofing, excavation, interior renovation, carpet, window and door installation, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting, stucco, demolition, masonry, fire protection, telecommunications, HVAC, and other construction-related work. The contractor must work in occupied buildings and the hospital, requiring off-shift scheduling for outages and work impacting patient care.
