The related small business 750 employees; In accordance with FAR Clause 52.204-7; Contractors are required to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) when submitting an offer or quotation and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
All responsible sources may submit a quote USING Standard Form (SF) 1449, which all be considered. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. Questions shall include reference to the RFQ number in the subject line. Questions must be received a minimum of seven calendar days before the closing date listed in the RFQ. No telephone questions will be accepted. Notification of any postponements and any amendments to this solicitation will only be posted on this website. It is the sole responsibility of the offerors to continually review this website for any amendments made to this solicitation.
The contractor shall furnish and deliver 592 each of 1/2"x4'x8' Thermal Heat Boards (Glass Fiber/Reinforced Aluminum Foil facing, polyisocyanurate, part number PIBDTS0548RM) and 144 each of 2"x4'x8' Thermal Heat Boards (Reinforced Aluminum Foil with Clear Coating facing, polyisocyanurate). Unit price must include shipping and handling. Delivery is to Sierra Army Depot, Building 304, Herlong, CA, on or before 30 December 2026, with inspection at destination within 7 days.
