Latanoprost Ophthalmic Solution (VA-27-00006027)

The contractor must supply Latanoprost Ophthalmic Solution 0.005% in either Group I (single 2.5ML bottle per carton) or Group II (single 2.5ML bottle per carton and a bulk carton containing 3-2.5ML bottles) for a base year and four one-year option periods. The contractor must establish and maintain business-to-business agreements with the VA and DoD Pharmaceutical Prime Vendors for distribution. The contractor must ensure all products are FDA-approved, have acceptable cGMP status, and comply with packaging, bar coding, and DSCSA requirements. The contractor must report quarterly sales and remit a 0.5% Cost Recovery Fee.
