The contractor shall supply quarterly maintenance services for 40,000 ft² of ceramic tile flooring and grout at the Seattle and American Lake campuses. Services include installation of sealant, restoration maintenance, deep cleaning and sanitizing with an EPA List-N disinfectant, coating removal, grout restoration and color sealing, and replacement of missing grout. The contractor must also provide ongoing consultation, electronic barcoding reporting tools, and weekly reports to the POC. All restrooms must be available for foot traffic by 6 am daily.
