Multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Area-wide Information Health Management (IHS) Medical Coding Services

The contractor will provide remote outpatient and inpatient medical coding and limited data entry services for Navajo Area IHS facilities, including coding for outpatient low (simple), outpatient moderate, outpatient complex, and inpatient encounters using ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT, HCPCS, DSM, and CDT classification systems. The contractor must maintain a 95% coding accuracy AQL, provide certified coders with current AHIMA or AAPC certification, and comply with HSPD-12 security clearance, HIPAA, and IHS IT security requirements. Work is performed remotely, with BPA calls placed by warranted Contracting Officers within Navajo Area.
