Solicitation documents: RFP - Professional Services.
The selected firm will administer a grant and financing program that supports the revitalization of commercial corridors through strategic investment in existing small businesses. Responsibilities include program administration and implementation (oversight of application intake, evaluation, disbursement of funds), financial deployment and capital coordination (administering grant funding as a component of a broader financing structure, where DCCI funds represent approximately 10-25% of total project costs, not to exceed $25,000 per business), business engagement and outreach, ensuring project eligibility (interior improvements, exterior or façade improvements, equipment purchases, code compliance upgrades), and geographic targeting to qualifying commercial corridors (Tier 1: DDD-adjacent; Tier 2: Qualifying Commercial Corridor).
