The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, management, collection, distribution, transportation and equipment to pick up 1,750 pounds (approximately 350 bags) on each of 29 October, 2 November, 5 November, 9 November and 12 November 2026 at 10:00 at South Gate NAS Fallon, for a total of 8,750 pounds (approximately 1,750 bags), launder items by appropriate commercial methods per fabric-care instructions, return items clean, dry, free of objectionable odors and removable dirt and stains including petroleum, oil and lubricants in the same labeled bags with 24-hour turnaround and final return 13 November 2026, maintain accurate bag inventory verified with the using unit and settle claims within 24 hours, and be fully mobilized by 10:00 on 29 October 2026 during the 29 October to 13 November 2026 performance period.
