Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment, training, maintenance, technical support, travel, project management and supervision to provide access and support to a single comprehensive EMS Software-as-a-Service system, including 10 initial user licenses, maintenance and Tier II help-desk support, system testing and acceptance, disaster recovery and failover, upgrades and enhancements, on-site and web-based initial user training before go-live, integration of up to two years of EMS records, and functional capabilities for tracking loads, tonnage, labor, costs, assets, projects, budgets, inspections, reports, dashboards, analytics and multi-level national, regional and local access.
