AK Helicopter On Call Flight Services

The Contractor must provide fully operated and maintained on-call helicopter flight services, including helicopter, personnel, and all associated equipment, for missions such as interagency fire management (fire suppression, fire monitoring, initial attack, prescribed fire, aerial ignition, rehabilitation seeding), search and rescue, aerial capture/eradication/tagging of animals, overwater/platform/vessel landings, law enforcement surveillance, and other administrative and natural resource activities. The aircraft must be under the exclusive use and control of the Government during the availability period.
