When posted, the solicitation will remain a total SDVOSB set-aside under NAICS 541330 Engineering Services with a $25.5 million small-business size standard. All other terms and conditions in the original Presolicitation Notice remain unchanged.
Provide on-going engineering services at medical facilities within VISN 5 through multiple Architect and Engineering IDIQ awards covering the Veterans Affairs Maryland Healthcare System, VA Medical Centers in West Virginia and VA Medical Centers in Washington, D.C., including supported Community Based Clinics. All work will be ordered through individual task orders competed amongst IDIQ awardees, with specifications and drawings provided for each project, each task order priced individually using agreed wage determinations as firm-fixed-price, with fixed unit costs under the base IDIQ.
