NATIONAL FOREST, Remove and Replace Roofing on Island Park Admin Site Housing Units.
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry
Classification Standard Code is 238160. The small business size standard is $19 million. This
acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation
which will be considered by the agency.

time of submission of a quote. Contractors are responsible for following all submission
instructions and to ensure delivery of all required documents by the date and time set for receipt of
quotes or any Amendment that extends the receipt date.

The work includes tearing off one layer of existing metal roofing and disposing of it to the roof sheathing on three bunkhouses, three duplexes, and four single-family homes. Supply and install new Flat Profile 1-3/4" Standing Seam Metal Roof Panels, 24 gauge, with new flashing, trim, and ridge vent to match. Cover entire roof with self-adhering rubberized 40 mil asphalt felt underlayment. Remove old soffit and fascia, replacing with aluminum vented soffit and fascia to match. Fully replace skip sheathing on Dwelling 1103. Remove and replace damaged sheathing on all other units with 5/8" CDX plywood or match existing. Install roof penetration jacks at all roof penetrations. Contractor must evaluate existing roof sheathing and replace as necessary per Contracting Officer direction. All work performed on 10 housing units within 90 calendar days of notice to proceed.
