All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
The contractor must provide a new utility tractor meeting minimum specifications: open operator station, at least 50 HP, shuttle-type transmission with 540-RPM rear PTO, loader-ready configuration with factory-installed mounting and hydraulics, front-wheel assist or 4WD, dual mid-mounted SCVs, and dual rear SCVs with quick-coupler compatibility. The tractor will be shipped to the USDA/ARS facility in Moxee, WA. The USDA will offer a 2004 Massey Ferguson 431 as a trade-in.
