The 36th Contracting Squadron (36 CONS) has a requirement for wireless internet (Wi-Fi) services. See attached Combined Synopsis-Solicitation and associated attachments for details and submission instructions.
All questions regarding the solicitation shall be submitted via e-mail to cynthia.cruz.3@us.af.mil AND elena.gifford.1@us.af.mil. The Government requests that you submit questions as soon as possible, but no later than 06 October 2026 1:00 PM ChST (Guam Time).
The contractor shall provide all tools, parts, equipment, materials, transportation, personnel, labor, supervision and management to deliver commercial Wi-Fi with uniform seamless coverage in Building 22026 rooms 107, 117A, 117B, 130, 167, 168, 169, 170, 171, 173, 174, 175, 177, 178, 180, 181 and 197, providing unlimited data access 24 hours a day 7 days a week at minimum 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload concurrently, including procuring, integrating, delivering, installing, testing and maintaining equipment, coordinating planned outages 7 days in advance, and providing on-site support 0800-1630 7 days a week plus an after-hours contact.
