Roof & HVAC Replacement NWS WFO in Greer, SC

The scope of work is to replace two (2) existing flat roofing systems with new roofing systems, replace three (3) existing Air Handling Units (AHUs) and three (3) existing Condensing Units with new units of the same capacity, replace all exterior ductwork, clean all interior ductwork, re-balance each HVAC System using a certified air balance company employing TAB certified technician(s), and verify system operation. Work includes demolition and total removal of approximately 5,760 sq ft of an existing flat roofing system down to the metal deck at the WFO, and approximately 500 sq ft similarly at the adjacent Diesel Driven Generator (DDG)/Storage Building. The existing WFO HVAC equipment will be replaced in kind with new HVAC equipment. Both buildings will remain completely functional and must be fully protected at all times during the construction work.
