Design Build to Install Parking Shades and Parking Lot Reconfiguration Project 593-26-306

The Design-Build contractor shall furnish all design and construction services for parking shade canopies and associated parking lot improvements at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System campus. Work includes: designing and constructing shade canopies for parking lots A, D, E, and F; reconfiguring parking lots to include protected pedestrian paths, striped crossings with speed bumps, LED RRFB signage, and Loop Road crossings; performing subsurface utility engineering, geotechnical investigations, and drainage analysis; developing a Parking Lot Reconfiguration Plan and a Parking Lot Closure and Traffic Management Plan; and providing all labor, materials, and supervision for complete construction. The contractor shall also provide all design Architect and Engineering services, including 35%, 65%, 95%, and 100% design submittals, and construction period services.
