The contractor must accomplish the load test and inspection of the Knuckle Boom Crane (KBC) per Test File No. 26198, Test No. 58911-4-003 R00, using technical manual SG811-CF-MMC-010 and deck plan 320-7318482 Rev J for guidance. The work includes static load test at 44,092 lbs, dynamic load test at 27,557 lbs, and rated load test at 22,046 lbs on various systems (winch, main boom, jib boom, swing). The contractor must also accomplish preservation requirements of Standard Item 009-032 for each new and disturbed surface. The period of performance is from 23 November 2026 to 31 January 2027.
