The Contractor shall prepare rooms 214 and 215 to receive new medical equipment, including a control room (215-1) and an electrical room (214-1) with new electrical panels and equipment. The scope also includes Procedure Rooms 212 and 211, a stretch alcove, a check-in area, office, dressing area, and restroom. Work encompasses demolition, structural steel framing, metal fabrications, rough and finish carpentry, thermal insulation, firestopping, joint sealants, hollow metal doors and frames, interior wood doors, integrated door assemblies, access doors, door hardware, automatic door operators, glazing, subsurface preparation for floor finishes, non-structural metal framing, gypsum board, acoustical ceilings, resilient base and accessories, resinous poured in place resilient flooring, painting, signage, wall and door protection, toilet and bath accessories, fire extinguisher cabinets, manufactured metal and wood casework, countertops, radiation protection, wet-pipe sprinkler systems, plumbing, HVAC, electrical installations, communications, and electronic safety and security systems.
