Procurement of Make Ready Cleaning Services for the Residences Managed by the U.S. Embassy Hanoi, Vietnam.

The contractor furnishes all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, cleaning materials and supplies to perform complete deep cleaning of Embassy-assigned houses and apartments, covering all rooms and areas including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, hallways, staircases, storage areas, laundry areas, balconies and terraces. Cleaning includes all accessible surfaces, fixtures, appliances, cabinets, furniture, doors, windows and flooring, including less visible areas such as inside drawers, tops of cabinets and spaces beneath furniture. The contractor must protect Embassy property, remove all supplies, equipment, trash and debris upon completion, and complete each residence within maximum timeframes of 4 workdays for a stand-alone house and 2 workdays for an apartment or duplex. The contractor also sets up welcome kit items and plugs in appliances such as dehumidifiers and air filters per Embassy guidance, and provides a list of after-hours emergency contacts.
