The work under this project consists of providing all material, equipment, and labor necessary for maintaining flooring/carpeting and other services necessary to perform Grand Forks Air Force Flooring work for GFAFB in accordance with the attached specifications. The work may include, but is not limited to, the following: Verification of Dimensions, Flooring Removal, Patch flooring, Surface Preparation, Installation, Disposal of Debris, and Furnishing Flooring as described in the attached documents.
Quotes are due by 2 December 2026 at 3:00PM CST and shall be submitted electronically to SSgt Asante Nieves, Contract Specialist at** asante.nieves@us.af.mil or Ms. Monique Padilla, Contracting Officer at monique.padilla.3@us.af.mil.** Quoters must review all solicitation attachments for complete performance requirements. If proposal file size exceeds email limits, the offeror must request a DoD SAFE link from the POCs in advance of the due date.
The current applicable wage determination is included and any updates prior to award or task order issuance will apply.
All solicitation updates will be posted to SAM.gov.
The work includes verification of dimensions, flooring removal, patching, surface preparation, installation, disposal of debris, and furnishing flooring. It covers broadloom carpet, modular carpet, modular walk-off carpet, rubber tiles, rubber stair tread/tread-riser/nosing, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), transition strips, resilient wall base, and related accessories. The contractor must comply with the Air Force Carpet Program, UFGS, and manufacturer instructions. Work is performed at various facilities on Grand Forks AFB, typically during normal hours (7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Mon-Fri), with possible non-standard hours by approval. The contractor must provide a bid guarantee, performance and payment bonds, and meet bonding capacity requirements. The contract is a total small business set-aside with a 5-year ordering period and a possible 6-month extension.
