The contractor shall renovate, refresh, and preserve 17 individual bathrooms. Work includes demolition and disposal of existing fixtures; tile and grout repair, replacement, and sealing; removal and installation of heavy-duty tempered glass shower doors; replacement of toilet seats, vanity faucets, showerheads, and p-traps with water-efficient fixtures; removal and installation of LED lighting; and patching, priming, and painting of walls, ceilings, and trim. The contractor must also provide project management, submittals (product details and schedule), and comply with all applicable codes and USCG-specific standards.
