FCI Danbury Subsistence 1st Quarter

The contractor must deliver a comprehensive list of subsistence items to FCI Danbury, including beans (dry and canned), rice, pasta, corn meal, flour, cereal, peanut butter, tofu, hummus, shortening, oil, butter, margarine, dressings, condiments, jelly, sugar, syrup, pizza, taco shells, tortillas, tomato products, canned vegetables, frozen vegetables, canned and frozen fruits, sauces, spices, soup bases, beef (ground, roast, stewing), chicken (breast, thigh, leg quarter, filet), fish fillets, pork (sausage, roast), turkey (roast, breast), cheese, dairy (milk, cottage cheese, sour cream), bread, eggs, coffee, beverage bases, fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, and non-food items (bouffant head covers, sporks, gloves, sanitizer, pan dandy, wax sandwich bags). Delivery must be palletized, with specific temperature requirements for perishable and frozen items, and must comply with BOP National Menu Specifications and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
