The US Fish and Wildlife Service, Bowdoin National Wildlife Refuge, located in Malta, Phillips County, Montana, has a requirement for flooring replacement.
This requirement is for one (1) Firm Fixed Price Construction contract. The work to be accomplished consists of removal and disposal of old carpet and the purchase and installation of new vinyl plank flooring. The area the new flooring will be installed in is approximately 2,485 square feet.
A site visit is highly encouraged. Site Visit registration information can be found in Section L of the solicitation, under FAR clause 52.236-27.
All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the provisions of the solicitation and attached documents.

The contractor shall remove and dispose of existing carpet and old cove base in the entry area, break room, hallways, conference room, and five offices of the Bowdoin NWR Headquarters building (approximately 2,485 square feet), and install a new flooring system consisting of luxury vinyl plank flooring, an acoustical moisture barrier membrane, and new 4-inch cove base, meeting brand-name-or-equal performance specifications equivalent to Evoke's Dukes pattern. Work must be completed between November 2, 2026 and December 31, 2026, and the contractor must supply proof of a current Montana Contractor's License along with warranty and product information.
