Solicitation number 15BCMS26R00000017 is issued as a Request* for proposal (RFP), for Comprehemsive Medical Services. *
This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

The contractor shall provide comprehensive medical services on an as-needed basis for inmates at FCI Schuylkill, a Care Level 2 facility. Services include inpatient and outpatient facility services, professional medical services (including physician and non-physician services), telehealth consultations (tele-triage, cardiology, dermatology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, general surgery, neurology, nephrology, pulmonology, rheumatology, urology), and outpatient institution-based specialty clinics (ophthalmologist and optometrist). The contractor must manage medical records, submit proper invoices, maintain communication with the government, and comply with all security, privacy, and insurance requirements. Estimated annual volumes are 155 inpatient days and 855 outpatient visits for the base year and each option year.
