Solicitation number 15BCMS26R00000019 is issued as a Request for proposal (RFP), for Comprehemsive Medical Services.
This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

The contractor will provide comprehensive medical services for male inmates at FCI Williamsburg (Care Level 2) and SPC Williamsburg (Care Level 2). Services include inpatient and outpatient facility services (optional), professional medical services (optional) such as community-based specialty care and institution-based clinics (optometry and physical therapist), telehealth services (tele-triage 24/7 and specialty telehealth), and an on-site scheduler to coordinate appointments and medical records. The contractor must submit proper invoices, manage medical records, and maintain communication with the government. The contract includes a base year and four option years, plus a 6-month extension option.
