Submit all quotes on SF 1449. DO NOT ROUND YOUR QUOTES.
For all equipment requiring installation, ensure incidental installation costs are fully integrated into the corresponding CLIN structure.
Final Invoices will not be accepted until ALL Equipment and Installation is fully completed.
NEW EQUIPMENT ONLY. No used or remanufactured products will be accepted. PARTIAL QUOTES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to install, calibrate, and test the dining facility equipment. This includes equipment delivery and placement, utility hookups to existing stub-ups for electrical, plumbing, gas, and steam lines, ventilation and exhaust tie-ins, and startup and testing. The contractor must also provide manufacturer manuals, warranty documentation, maintenance schedules, conduct a 1-hour operational training session for facility kitchen staff, and deliver a signed Certificate of Completion and sign-off sheet.
