Solicitation number 12444326Q0039 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Green Mountain National Forest Storage tank cleaning and inspection at Hapgood Pond. Hapgood Pond Recreation Area Water Tank Rehabilitation is Located on Hapgood Pond Road, Town of Peru, Bennington County, VT

The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, and incidentals to clean and inspect the existing 10,000 gallon concrete water tank, including removing all sediment and debris, power washing the tank inside and out, inspecting and cleaning the existing vent and overflow piping, and disinfecting the tank in accordance with AWWA C652-11 Chlorination Method 2. Work requires confined space entry procedures per OSHA, and must be scheduled Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, completed while the campground is closed to the public around Memorial Day/Columbus Day timing restrictions.
