EXIM Bank seeks to establish a BPA for recovery assistance in Brazil from a recovery firm principally collecting balances of certain paid claims under its credit guarantee and insurance programs.
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform loan recovery services as stated in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. See attachment for full requirements.
The Contractor will perform loan recovery services including preliminary research and asset searches, extrajudicial collection attempts within 90 days of case assignment, credit restructuring, and legal enforcement actions when authorized in writing by EXIM's Asset Management Division and Office of General Counsel. Deliverables include a Due Diligence/Recovery Plan within 60 days, an Extrajudicial Collection Status Report within 90 days, Litigation Request Forms before initiating litigation, and semiannual Litigation/Recovery Status Reports. Work is to be performed principally in Brazil, with some work possibly performed at EXIM offices in Washington, DC.
