The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform loan recovery services as stated in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. See attachment for full requirements.
The contractor shall provide collection, servicing, legal enforcement, restructuring, asset protection, and recovery services for EXIM claims involving obligors, guarantors, assets, or enforcement activity in Mexico, including borrower negotiations, credit restructuring, asset searches, investigations, due diligence, site visits, documentation of settlement and restructuring agreements, extrajudicial collection, instituting and managing legal proceedings and enforcement against assets with written approval, and periodic written case status reports, furnishing all personnel, supervision, facilities, travel, and local counsel required.
