(a) The clauses at 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. Accordingly, offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed.

The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials to modernize the Women's Locker Room in Hangar #1. The work includes: providing and maintaining temporary sanitation facilities (mobile restroom, shower, handwashing) during the shutdown; demolishing and disposing of existing lockers and flooring; stripping vinyl flooring down to raw concrete, grinding polishing and applying an industrial-grade concrete sealer; installing seamless commercial-grade rubber coving along walls; furnishing assembling installing 16 new heavy-duty ventilated steel lockers, each with overhead gear storage, secure top shelf, garment rod; installing a fold-down heavy-duty ironing shelf; patching and texture-matching wall areas affected removal; and performing all work under lead-safe protocols (29 CFR 1926.62) and adhering to the attached Asbestos and Lead Survey Report.
