The contractor must provide and deliver to the Veteran's home residence in Oregon City, OR laser engraving and fabrication equipment consisting of a 60W CO2 Galvo Laser System, 100W Fiber MOPA Galvo Laser System, 10W UV Galvo Laser System, 60W CO2 Gantry Laser System, Industrial Water Chiller (110V), and a Rotary Attachment Set. The contractor must perform delivery, placement, and inspection of all equipment on-site. Delivery must be within 45 calendar days of award. Each laser system must comply with FDA laser product regulations and carry electrical safety listing from a nationally recognized testing laboratory.
