NAVSUP FLCY Site Marianas has a requirement for commercial Cable Television services in support of Navy Munitions Command Pacific (NMCPAC) East Asia Division (EAD) Unit Guam.
Interested vendors must review the attached Standard Form 1449 (SF1449) for complete specifications, line item numbers (CLINs), clauses, evaluation criteria, and submission instructions.
All questions or requests for information (RFIs) regarding this solicitation must be submitted electronically to the point of contact(s) listed on this notice no later than five (5) calendar days prior to the quote submission due date. Questions received after this deadline may not be addressed.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services to deliver commercial cable TV services. Requirements include providing internet and standard HD cable service with at least weather channels, news service channels, and emergency broadcast stations. The contractor must also supply equipment such as receiver/decoder boxes, remote controls, coaxial/HDMI cables, signal splitters, amplifiers, and mounting hardware; maintain all contractor-furnished equipment; and respond to service interruptions with on-site troubleshooting within 12 hours for any issue not resolved remotely. The service must achieve at least 99.5% availability. Performance timing runs 24/7/365.
