The contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, tools, and labor necessary to perform maintenance tasks for startup, monthly maintenance, and seasonal repairs of fountains and pools at five sites: Meridian Hill Park Fountain, Khalil Gibran Fountain, Pierce Mill, Georgetown Waterfront Fountain, and Francis Griffith Newlands Memorial Fountain. Work includes routine inspection, cleaning, debris removal, water treatment, seasonal startup and winterization, jet and nozzle cleaning, pump and filtration system preventive maintenance, minor pump component replacement, plumbing repairs, electrical system inspection and minor repairs, stone and masonry maintenance, and historic preservation. The contractor must also provide monthly reports to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) detailing all work completed.
