Hickman Wildlife Water Catchment and Pipe Fence

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the specified tasks. The work includes tear down and removal of existing fence and catchment, hauling away all material except the t-post removed from the old fence which BLM will keep and haul, setting of two BOSS Tanks, building a 1,000 sq-ft metal catchment, construction of a support frame on outer side of tanks (if tanks cannot be buried), and a 1,000 linear foot/1.5-acre pipe and cable fence. If tanks cannot be set at ground level, an access ramp will be constructed and/or installed. The catchment will be constructed of pipes and purlins, with a propanel top. The fence shall be constructed of a pipe top rail and cable. The contractor shall also perform access road rehabilitation, environmental protection and reclamation, and all demolition, repair, and alterations necessary to meet the specifications.
