FY 26 Facility Upgrades for Western Upstate New York Recruiting Stations

The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and supervision to accomplish FY 2026 Upgrade Requests at nine recruiting station locations. Work includes repairing desk stations for video intercom entry systems, installing Adams Rite 8000 series electrified pushbars and locksets, installing exterior joint perforated window graphics, repairing dual roller shades, replacing vinyl graphics and entry doors, installing interior wall graphics, spot replacing ceiling tiles, installing carpet tiles and chair rails, installing mini blinds, repairing water fountains, and replacing carpet tiles. The contractor must complete the job no later than 120 days at contract award, work during normal business hours (9am-5pm) in the presence of authorized military personnel, remove and dispose of existing materials, secure the work site, clean up after completion, relocate furniture as needed, and provide a work schedule before gaining access. The contractor will contact Josh Coburn for inspection after completion.
