Project 526-14-115 Renovate CLC Recreation and Dining Area

The contractor shall completely prepare the site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials for Project No. 526-14-115, Renovate CLC Recreation and Dining Area, at the James J. Peters VAMC, Bronx, NY. Work includes general construction, alterations, drainage, necessary removal of existing structures, and construction of new items, as well as electrical and mechanical construction work as required by the drawings and specifications. The project is phased, with work in the existing Sun Room, Men and Women Restrooms, and CLC Room, and Building 106 will remain occupied during performance.
