Update for the Pre-Solicitation Notice GPO Production Environment Track and Trace Platform

The contractor will be required to implement, operate, and support a new production environment track-and-trace platform. The work includes providing a commercially available off-the-shelf (OTS) track-and-trace platform; user interface capabilities for ingesting vendor manifest files; tools, reports, dashboards, and production metrics; data migration; capability to allocate, modify, and maintain machine range assignments; manifest file creation tools; communication with existing production equipment, PLC configurations, Government applications, and database environments; network architecture planning and documentation; identification or provision of required hardware, servers, workstations, and related technical support resources; use of radio frequency identification (RFID) technology where applicable; material tracking, reconciliation, and reporting; onsite and offsite technical support; weekly reporting and ad hoc documentation; training for Government users at both locations; technical support and help desk services; and maintenance, updates, and patches.
