The contractor shall manufacture and deliver Army Hot Weather-Fire Resistant Safety Boots, Men’s, in accordance with PD 09-02D dated 9 April 2024. The boots must be hot weather, flame resistant, coyote combat boots. Each pair shall be bar-coded with a 13-digit NSN and a 12-digit UPC number. The contractor must ensure all items are free of consumer-type defects, and component testing (source sampling) will be required for the first three lots. Packaging shall be unit packed in a one-piece style set up box, with six pairs per fiberboard shipping container, and palletized loads must not exceed 43 inches in length, 52 inches in width, and 54 inches in height. Delivery of tariff sizes is FOB destination to Pendergrass Distribution Center in Pendergrass, GA.
