This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code is 237990. The small business size standard is $45 Million. This acquisition is a total Small Business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
Amendment 01 - Summary: Extend quote due date to November 20, 2026.
The project consists of reconstructing portions of the Tony Grove Dam as shown in the drawings and described in the specifications. This also includes replacing outlet works and raising the dam crest along with the addition of embankment material. The work includes clearing and grubbing, structure removal, pollution control, construction surveys, mobilization and demobilization, removal of water, excavation, earthfill, roadbase, concrete structures, pipe installation, slide gate, instrumentation, quality control, and a field office. Options include a precast concrete vault restroom and hot mix asphalt.
