CONSTITUTES BILATERAL AGREEMENT TO "ISSUE" CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTS AS DETAILED HEREIN.
The contractor is required to repair three SUBMERSIBLE UNITS (NSN 5845015574192, PN 8136010-1) with a required Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 180 days after receipt of asset. The repair work shall be performed in accordance with the contractor's repair/overhaul standard practices, manuals and directives. The contractor must obtain final inspection and acceptance by the Government for all assets within the RTATs. The pricing arrangement is Firm Fixed Price. The contractor must also comply with extensive packaging, marking, and shipping requirements as detailed in the solicitation, including MIL-STD-2073-1 and MIL-STD-129. The contractor must report via the Commercial Asset Visibility Repairables Portal (CAV RP).
