DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND intends to procure, CELLULAR GLASS
manufactured in accordance with material specifications. The solicitation will be issued as; 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE commercial and simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5.
The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for FOB Destination delivery to:

Offers wishing to submit a quote are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments.
All responsible sources interested in submitting offers must:
1)Complete the pricing for each CLIN listed.
2)Provide cage code.
Complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation.
Provide manufacturer information of proposed items.
Return all pages of the completed original solicitation package, signed.
Ensure current registration in the system for award management (SAM.gov).
Included lead time for delivery (please quote FOB destination).
In order to be considered for award, IF the contractor (awardee) is required to implement NIST SP 800-171, the contractor (awardee) shall have a current assessment as detailed in DFARS 252.204-7019 (I.E., not more than 3 years old unless a lesser time is specified in the solicitation)
Items deemed to be Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) are exempt from NIST SP 800-171 requirement. Must identify and provide information to contracting officer on bid during solicitation period
The contractor must supply 7,812 square feet of 2-inch cellular glass and 348 square feet of 5-inch cellular glass, flame proof, 9.5 pounds per cubic foot density rating, temperature rating 800.0 degrees Fahrenheit, 18 inches wide by 24 inches long, brand name or equal to Distribution International Foamglas block (PN FGBKPP20F for 2-inch and PN FGBKPP50F for 5-inch). Vendors offering equal-to material must include manufacturer specifications for technical evaluation. Items must be preserved, packaged and packed in accordance with ASTM-D-3951, marked in accordance with ASTM-D-3951, and shipped FOB destination to the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard receiving officer. The contractor must retain supply chain traceability documentation for ten years after final payment and make it available to the contracting officer within three business days upon request.
