Project 657-26-602JC creates a 3-bed observation unit within the existing Emergency Department at John Cochran, Building 1, Floor 01, converting three rooms to the Observation Unit within the Emergency Room Suite footprint and renovating seven rooms to include relocated triage rooms and reception desk, with work including general construction, alterations, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, walls, finishes, HVAC, medical gases, phased construction to maintain hospital operations, and one year of guarantee period inspection and maintenance service concurrent with warranty.
