The contractor must supply two Snap-on Level 5 ATC 54-inch top unit upgrade kits (Part Number L5A0298I31C) that physically, structurally, and electronically integrate with existing Snap-on L5AA541B0 base cabinets. The system must include a camera-based digital imaging tool tracking system with zero-FOD (no RFID tags or barcodes), a 13.3-inch touchscreen display, wireless connectivity, integrated UPS with minimum 30-minute backup, and compatibility with the IDANG Snap-on L5 Connect / LockView software. The top unit must mount directly onto the legacy base cabinet without structural modifications and must not interfere with the base cabinet's locking mechanisms.
