The contractor shall perform a complete renovation of the designated commercial bathrooms in Building 1 at Sector San Francisco. Work includes demolition of existing finishes and fixtures; inspection and preparation of walls and subfloor; installation of new plumbing, electrical (LED recessed lighting), and mechanical (ceiling exhaust fans); waterproofing of shower areas; installation of new porcelain tile, vanities, sinks, faucets, toilets, urinals, toilet partitions, shower doors, mirrors, and accessories; and final cleaning and inspection. The existing layout and footprint of the bathrooms will be maintained. The women's bathroom area is approximately 334 sq. ft. and the men's bathroom area is approximately 285 sq. ft.
