The U.S. Consulate General Hong Kong and Macau has arequirement for elevator maintenace services at 26 Garden Road, Hong Kong. The anticipated performance is for a baseperiod of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. The Governmentmay award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning to conduct a site visit at 26 Garden Road, Hong Kong. Please refer to the cover letter and solicitation for the site visit date and time.

The Contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel, transportation, equipment, tools, repair parts, supplies and materials to perform inspection, maintenance, repair, and component replacement to maintain the elevators in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. Services include twice-monthly scheduled maintenance visits, 24/7 emergency response service with a one-hour response time for emergencies, non-emergency response within one working day, and callback service. The Contractor shall also perform annual no-load safety tests and 5-year full load safety tests. The Contractor shall provide a trained elevator mechanic, maintain an inventory of spare parts, and use genuine manufacturer's parts. The work is performed at the U.S. Consulate General building at 26 Garden Road, Hong Kong.
