Project: 459-27-004 ACC MOD 2 Renovation

The contractor shall completely prepare the site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials to perform work for project 459-27-004 Renovate Mod 2 at Building 30 as required by drawings and specifications. The work includes replacing flooring, removing wall papers, stained doors, replacing lights, replacing bumper and handrails, and painting walls. The project will be done in phases, with part of the clinic closed during construction. The contractor must comply with all safety, security, and infection control requirements, including the VHA PCRA and ICRA. The contractor must also provide a project schedule, cost breakdown, and photographic documentation.
