Information provided at the site visit, as well as answers to questions will not change/qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is issuing Screening Information Request (SIR) Number 697DCK-27-R-00022, Design Renovation, System Support Center (SSC), 3551 Combine St., Paso Robles, CA, 93446 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

BASIS OF AWARD
The Government intends to make award based on successful negotiation of price and conformance with solicitation terms and conditions to the offeror that is considered to be the lowest priced, responsible offer. The Government will evaluate the Offeror’s proposed prices for fairness and reasonableness.

The contractor must use the FAA-provided Design Intent Drawings as the basis for completing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Life Safety and Fire Protection documents for permitting and construction for the 4,992 square foot leased building at 3551 Combine St., including HVAC, power distribution, lighting, data pathways, water/waste, egress, rated walls and sprinkler design with calculations, with FAA review of drawings before submission to the City of Paso Robles for corrections and final stamped permit approval.
