Amendment 0004: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the quote due date from "5 October 2026" to "16 October 2026" and add a revised Statement of work, Drawings, AOI Requirements, Storm Water & Erosion Certificate, AF 103, Work Permit, and Storm Water Inlet Protection attachments.

Amendment 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the quote due date from "24 September 2026" to "5 October 2026" and to add the Liquidated Damages Clause and amounts.

Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate a revised Statement of work, Drawings and questions and answers/RFIs

Amendment 0001: Add final day to ask questions or submit RFIs.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 36, as modified by the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Class Deviations. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. The Government anticipates funds will become available prior to award as this action has been identified on the National Guard priority list. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available

Period of Performance is 120 days after notice to proceed.

A site visit is scheduled for September 15 at 1000 PST. Site visit is not required, but encouraged. In order to attend the site visit you MUST submit your pass request (see attachments) no later than 9 September at 1100 PST.

Equitable Adjustments will be made in accordance with DFAR 252.243-7002, please note, any equitable adjustments submitted are not considered acceptable unless agreed to in writing by the contracting officer and included in a modification.
