The Government intends to award a single Firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, in terms of price and technical acceptability. The resulting BPA will be for five (5) years, from the date of award. The maximum value of this BPA is $100,000.00.
Offerors shall follow all instructuions contained within the solicitation document in order for their quote to be evaluated (pages 12 - 13 of the SF 1449).

All quotes are due 01 October 2026 at 1400 CDT to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist

The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform quarterly preventative maintenance and repair services on high-security cross-cut shredders and disintegrators located on Hurlburt Field, Florida. There will be 4 quarterly preventative maintenance inspections per year, with each inspection no less than two (2) months apart. Service shall include cleaning, lubricating, factory adjustments, blade sharpening, and blade changes as required. The contractor shall answer emergency service calls with four (4) to eight (8) hour response time. The contractor shall provide a contract manager who shall be responsible for the performance of the work. Contractor personnel shall present a neat appearance and be easily recognized as contractor employees, and shall wear an identification badge. The contractor shall safeguard all government property. Work will be performed in secure compartmented intelligence facilities; security clearance is not required, but employees must be able to gain base access. The current equipment list includes 1 disintegrator and 48 shredders.
