The contractor shall fabricate, deliver, and install one precast concrete single vault toilet at Coyote Meadows Trailhead, including all work necessary per the specifications. The Forest Service will excavate and backfill the hole. The toilet must meet design criteria including 250 psf snow load, 120 mph wind load, seismic category D, and ADA requirements. The contractor must submit shop drawings, design calculations, color samples, and concrete delivery certificates. The contract is firm-fixed price, with delivery within 90 days ARO.
